I am a manager of a pizza shop and the fan broke in my extraction system. I called up Black Knight at 8:00am and they where here within 2 hours! They had diagnosed the problem within 40mins (which included taking down half a false ceiling) and had got my part on next day delivery before 1pm!
The next day they returned, fitted the part and I was up and running again and at half the cost of our usual engineers too!
Thanks to Vinnie and Craig I only lost out on 1 night of sales. They’re always polite, on time and keep you in the loop about what’s going on with the job.

I called Black Knight Catering because my chip shop fryer range wouldn’t start. They got to me within the hour and fixed the problem by the next day!
The two guys that came where straight on the job with no messing and even cleaned up after themselves. They were well presented and explained everything to me as they did it.
They only thing they ask for was a couple of coffees! Hard working, polite guy’s that gets the job done! I couldn’t have asked for better!

I found Black Knight Catering on google.com. The search showed them as being local so we gave them a call. This was after we called our usual engineers who said they would be able to send somebody out in 2 days time! Black Knight Catering showed up in 2 hours!
They found a problem with my cooker range (a gas leak). They sealed of the Cooker, and checked the gas in the rest of the appliances and even the line into the kitchen so that we could remain open whilst we waited for a new part for the Cooker range.
Once the new part arrived, the guys came back and fitted it in around 20 minutes and they we’re done. I can safely say that if I hadn’t have called Black Knight Catering I would have had to shut my kitchen for 3 days!!
I highly recommend Black Knight Catering as they are quick, friend and easy to understand (they don’t try to confused you using technical jargon). But above all the get the job done!
